I've only been on this thread for a few days but a couple of things bother me Tim. On your note 6197 which was posted yesterday, you were emphatic about the fact that NEWZ is not a pump and dump stock. It looks like NEWZ was a pump and dump stock afterall. You said the same about XYLN. We're all in this to make money but your hypocrisy bothers me the most.
However, it is our responsibility to do our due diligence. You were high on XYLN and NEWZ because of takeover speculation and/or parntering arrangements. Obviously, that's not the case anymore. NEWZ at $10 per share is overvalued without a major partnering arrangement and XYLN although a good company is a very tough takeover candidate due to their anti-takeover provisions that they have put in place. (I did not buy either due to those reasons)
It's not your responsibility to make us money. However, it's wrong to make money off other people's moves that were made based on your advise. You have not been up front about your position. You obviously have a certain profit threshhold where you will DUMP a stock after you hit that point even if it means pumping and dumping.
