I just looked thru an older data base (2 years old) and it lists
1. Dennis Gray, Chairman and President
2. Paul Gray, Director
3. David Gray, Director
In reviewing the 1998 annual report it only lists Dennis Gray as Chairman and CEO., his sons are not listed on the Board. The list of principle officers in the 1998 report are;
