A broker just called to tell me about PTVL, and their site looks pretty good. I imagine it is the relaunched 11/8 site but I'm new so I don't know. Broker expects to see this move to 15-16 short term. Anyone here following this closely? Do you like the new site? Is PTVL likely to be doing some interesting deals soon?
