DJ: And not only that, the common wisdom seems to be that there will probably be a follow up trial if the court decides against Roth & Naturade. So the bottomless pit of atty's fees, etc, will go on. I personally have completely written it off (but it'll more years then I have left to deduct the 2k per yr on taxes!). Anybody heard what GL is doing lately? I haven't heard a thing but was expecting him & some of his gang to be named in the SEC suit of last week. Regards, Dennis
