So you heard 1800 cells (not batteries) per day? I thought I heard that too, but I just couldn't believe it. 1800 (3-cell) battery packs makes more sense. But I'm really not sure now. Did anyone else make notes on this? If it's cells instead of batteries, then my calculation of $9 million gross profit in year 1 from line 1 is reasonable -- and it does suggest that more than one line is needed to achieve profitability.
