Yes.

.04 over estimates wouldn't surprise me a bit. O7 was not a big deal until late in the 7.0.xx series, like around 7.0.16. It really took off after 7.1.

Same of O8. 8.1 (or 8i) is feature rich and has the things they have needed a long time. SYBS, IFMX, MSFT (SQL Server) and IBM DB2 can't come close to the feature set that is being rolled out in 8i, although IBM comes close on some of the parallel/cluster features. Of course, you'd have to by an SP2 <gg>. DB2 doesn't run on SQNT clusters, or SUNW clusters, or HP clusters, or ....
