I sure wish some hosts still hung around this thread. After months of problem free use I haven't been able to get signed on for 6 hours and can get absolutely no help on the phone from Track Data and nothing but form letters come in response to E-mail. Even tho the service is cheap, this is horrible customer service. Absolutely no help at all. I'm still unable to sign on, can't access either mytrack or tdc websites, my ISP can't get them either, and Track Data will provide no answers. Unbelievable.
