There's nothing special about EWBX. I read their filing and I am not impressed at all in their business. EWBX is no EBAY, BRCM or INKT. I don't believe their future is as unlimited as the others.

There's no justification to pay this kind of price. As the reporter on CNBC said yesterday, this is a risky IPO and I totally agreed.

The fall on EWBX is going to be severe and ends up in the grave yard with CDNW, NTKI and PPOD.
