The Good News

As we prepare this report, the infomercial for the Ez-Lift shovel product is
airing on television in the Minneapolis Minnesota metro area. The
infomercial will remain on air for the next two weeks, and once that is
complete, the evaluation will take place to determine the most effective
airing schedule for the infomercial to go nationwide.

The Handi-Plate production is currently on schedule, and the samples are
being evaluted.

Murphy's Corner

The long awaited two week marketing test of the Cellular Phone holder in
the San Francisco metro area was interrupted in the final week of the test
due to the airing of the political campaign commercials. This resulted in an
incomplete test, and a new test will be scheduled and published on the
website.

Outlook

1. The cell holder will infomercial will re-air in November, the order taking
number is 1-800-611-2736

2. The Ez-Lift is currently airing and the order taking number is
1-800-353-5760

3. The Handi Plate is waiting for scheduling to air on the Home Shopping
Network

4. International sales will be finalized in November.

5. Work has started on the networking for retail distribution.
