Hello Peter!

I had a chat with Mr Sheito after this came out. He was quite excited with the results. It appears that he was unaware of this new type of gold and was very surprised when the lab results came in.

For what it is worth he tried giving me a quick course on minerals. The bottom line is that it appears that the gold is scattered in the ground at depth and does not follow a vein as is the normal process. This means bulk tonnage and that is normally more profitable than trying to follow a vein that twists and turns.

Now all that is required is to determine what amount of gold is in the ground. Hopefully that will occur early in 1999. There is a problem, he has to come up with more funds to drill further. Hopefully the Diamond properties will be productive and that should drive the price up when he has to go to the market for funds.

The fellow who has been flogging MOA shares still has around 400,000 to sell. He is looking for .25 a share but has been selling for around .18. If I had some cash I would buy it even at .25.

Cheers !!! Peter
