The side effects that I am aware of are psychotic or hallucinatory effects. Ask for an investment packet or run a search on Cerestat-they are fairly clearly pointed out and are not in debate. If they are only transitory I suspect they won't hinder a possible Cerestat approval.

The more important issue IMO, is how long after a stroke is Cerestat effective? I believe this needs to be concisely determined, in order to accurately gauge its potential as well as approvability.

An NMDA with a better side effect profile and a wide window of usage would clearly be preferred further down the line.
