Bob: The subject of the audit has been beaten to death. I am not concerned about the contents of the audit because it represents the past. I am looking forward and like what I am hearing. I have been an investor in this company since Feb 95. I bought my first shares at .33. Over this 2 year timeframe, I have not always been happy with my investment. However, I have come to trust the management of the company. I believe what they are saying regarding the delays for the audit. The only significance to the audit, to me, is that Franklin will become a reporting company. Obviously an important step. However, I can wait. I am in this stock for the long-haul. I think all of this talk will be forgotten, soon. It is just driving me crazy watching everyone speculate about the delay. If it is that much of a concern to you, take your profits now. If you are going to stay invested, please, lets stop beating this subject to death. OK?
