I just spoke with my broker who had many conversations with Roger today. They are going to release a revised version of the information we received today. Some of the statements did not come across as clearly as they should have. When we see the new release, things should be cleared up. As for the EBIT and pro rata, I believe EBIT is earnings before interest and taxes and pro rata is the state of financials of what was on the books at the time of purchase (i am not clear on that though). Look for the news to come out tomorrow or Friday. By the way, I think Roger has consumed much Pepto in the last few hours :-) ..... Razzy
