Lance, Were you able to confirm the 40 Million shares outstanding? I have called American Securities Transfer - the number listed in Brad's overview and have been unable to get the information. Are your numbers confirmed from the company or the transfer agent? Would like to know if the company is selling shares into the market and for what purpose. If they are not, then we have an exception turnover going on. Either way it would be nice to know what is happening. Kevin
