What is the story on PRWT when it was at .001? Did they file Ch. 11? Why not just buy 60% of the company (15M shrs) for $15,000 take control of the company and bring their product to market? A. Their creditors will be flexible, because they will be getting nearly nothing under current circumstances B. You are starting off with a major contract with the post office. C. You have a well respected partner in NCR. D. You have a nice tax write-off for the next several years. E. You bring fresh management. F. You have little to no R&D expenses, only production (for starters). Their product is already developed I would be willing to follow through on this proposal, if I was guaranteed active control.
