Steve, I was trying to convert some of TBR into RTB based on those 2 articles. However Fidelity did not know anything about them and the broker did not have access to a fax machine so I could send it to him! I'm to call again tomorrow to the "reorganization department" to see if there is "something they can do". I am underwelmed by their overwelming lack of knowledge. I have some shares at Etrade that are TBH and I'm wondering if it's worthwhile to convert these also. Which do you think are better to have: TBH or RTB. I have a bias towards RTB because of the way ML handled the original conversions but emotions shouldn't cloud investment decision. Thank you for your response. BTW, I almost fell off my chair when I saw your post concerning secret bank accounts in Caymon Island. I grumbled for about an hour about politicians and that they are no better than Clinton to myself until I just now read it in detail and saw that this most likely is untrue. stevek
