If it wasn't Guttman's or any other mgt's company, then why did the President of ICVI issue 1,000,000 (later to be amended to 1,500,000) shares to Karvi Corporation? twinjet.simplenet.com It was either payment for services never rendered or (as I suspect) a blatant laundering of securities that were converted to cash. Either way the issue screams scam, and illustrates the brazen way these smug operators moved with impunity. Bird (Sickened by the mechanical efficiency of this offensively obtrusive larceny)
