I've read the message below:

Coyote Networks rated new short term "BUY" at Kaufman Brothers

Princeton, New Jersey, Nov. 9 (Bloomberg Data)Coyote Network Systems (CYOE
US) was rated a short-term "BUY" in new coverage by analyst Vik Grovers at
Kaufman Brothers. The 12 to 18 month target price is $38 per share. The long term
rating is also a "BUY".

I wonder where/how this guy gets his price targets! I try to follow the stock and I've not seen anything that would suggest a price of $38. While this is of course possible, I'm wondering what he is basing this on. Any ideas??
