Sonny: I am confused;. Does the news item you noted discuss a possible partnership for Internet news or more ?

I had a 'gut feeling' CBS would settle back a bit after it's dramatic recovery from intra $18 on Oct 8th, 1998 (I think ?) to intra $30 1/2 a few days ago. That's a stunning gain over a short period of time. So, perhaps some are taking profits ? The volume of late, since the S&P thing, hasn't been that impressive to this "lamb" novice investor (bettor). I'd be very interested in investing (betting) more if 'she' went toward $24 or $23 again. I can't hold too much at these levels as I am confused about this IPO thing. For example, does selling up to 20% of their radios revs influence in one way or another CBS current EBITDA (whatever that is) ? After their IPO does that mean CBS' earnings could be up to 20 % less ? As you can see I am no accountant and it's amazing that I haven't lost all my money betting stocks in the past 2 years.

Thanks
