Beeble, SIA never forecast the 11% decline which is expected this year 1998 so I don't feel they have much credibility. Industry and trade groups tend to be overly optimistic but it light of the fact that much of the world is in recession or depression the 1999 forecast is absurd. In addition, I believe a recession is due in 1999 for the US. Mike
