sk1, Have you reviewed their press releases? Two attempts at finding a business have failed, and now the latest: Negotiations Entered Into for Certain Patents "RENO, NEV. (Nov. 10) BUSINESS WIRE -Nov. 10, 1998--World Star Asia, Inc. (OTC BB:WSAS) is pleased to announce it has entered into negotiations to acquire certain environmental patents relating an apparatus and process for reclaiming fuel oil from waste oil, and more particularly, to an apparatus and process for turning environmentally hazardous waste lubricating oil into a high quality diesel engine fuel oil together with a relatively small amount of environmentally innocuous solid petroleum coke. The company anticipates it will enter into a non-binding memorandum of understanding tomorrow." Also, they plan a 3 new for 1 old share split. Interesting case of manipulation.
