(Sam, are you still following Keithley ? It exploded to the upside today with 15 times the average volume. We had over 100K shares traded today, where the average was about 8K per day. Somebody sees what I see. I think it's ready to catch up now.)

There was a buyback announcement and a division(?) sale to KLA/
Tencor(?) Buyback of something like 40% of shares over a specified price range. No url, but you should be able to find it.
