Herm: CTXS up a little today but it looks like it is stalling and on it's way down again. SUNW has turned down and RSI is falling. CSCO has it's RSI falling after peaking. SUNW had a shareholders meeting today that needs to be allowed for. Also Dell reports tomorrow (I think) and could give the techs a lift, however next week is options expiration and I believe we will see lower levels on the indexes.
