Tony: I wish it were that easy :-) i think it is more a case of whistling past the cemetry. By that i mean taking a stance that it is a given deal and letting the FDA know you "expect" an approval and that you can't even conceive of anything else. . hell I agree with DRMD,, but I don' think that will help them anymore than their positive attitude. it still comes down to how the FDA HAS to act depending on what pressures they are getting.
