I agree with you that it won't hurt the company tremendously. And if DOK actually gets around to breaking up the company, it could benefit it as happened with the Baby Bells.

But I also agree with Lucius that Micrsoft stock will tank big-time for a short while if the market perceives that they will lose the suit.
