Sorry to hear that you lost money today in the market. I have never had a position in NEWZ, so that did not effect me. However, you were not the only one who lost money today....

From the looks of the breadth of the market, there were more losers today than winners. Remember, you have not lost anything unless you sell at a loss. If you bought NEWZ or any other stock based on Tim's recommendation without doing your own DD, it serves you right to see the stock fall. It is a good lesson. Unfortunately I have learned this lesson. Never again for me. Tomorrow is another day.
From my perspective (I use mainly fundamental analysis), I think NEWZ looks like a bad investment. That is my opinion. They have no earnings, a history of missing their estimates, and slow revenue growth. I personally would not invest in this stock. However, more than fundamentals are used in determining the price of a stock. If NEWZ were to get taken out as an acquisition, the stock obviously would go higher. If not, it could go lower. That is what makes the game so much fun - Trying to predict the future movement.
