Here's some more info on that company Encore Builders. While Encore Builders looks like it started in 1988, by 1996 it was involuntarily dissolved under the Florida system, apparently for not filing an annual statement with the state. The phone number listed on the application for Braulio Guiteerriz, isn't listed in the phone lists that I have for 1996 and by 1997 shows it listed to a Bramar, Inc. However in 1996 there was an Encore Builders listed as a construction company in the phone book, but by 1997 that number is listed to a Willie Flowers. Apparently two weeks ago on the 28th, they filed for reinstatement and paid the $900 fee. They were reinstated in the database on October 30. So I think it is safe to conclude that two years ago Encore Builders ceased operating and was effectively out of business until two weeks ago. I guess Braulio Guiterriz, the President and his own Registration Agent, saw an opportunity and restarted his company to address this business with NRPI.
