Earnings were out yesterday, down a fraction of 1%. Since the factory is being expanded (so that we can double the revenue), the $100K shortfall in net earnings is completely understandable. Lots of good things here: 1) Strong balance sheet (stockholder's equity up 20% over the last 9 months to $6M) 2) The company's making consistent profits 3) Management is not afraid to make acquisition/merger and 4) factory expansion is underway and should be completed this quarter (a sure sign that everyone is chomping at the bit and revenues are about to leap). WH
