He said all data has been sent to SEC for "approval". EDII has done everything it has said. Now SEC needs to complete the review and wel-la EDII will "have arrived. He would not (could not) give a proposed time for this to happen. He indicated that the ball is now in their (SEC) court. As with all govt. bureaucracy (SP?) they move at their own pace. (Usually like a SNAIL). I even pressed to confirm if it would be this week or next. He would not indicated. However, he did say that the report will outline some very POSITIVE results and should be well received. I was somewhat disappointed today when we hit $.16. We will just have to wait it out. If this ends up on SI, let it be known that jhild and jmt are wrong about this Co. They have brought the verbal barrage on themselves. People on SI "tolerate" their "humanitarianism". They are a prime reason I wouldn't waste my $$ on SI for a membership. I've yet to read a single post of theirs that offers a value of insight regarding this stock. Mostly verbal diarrhea. JMHO Thanks SD
