Hello Greg...I'm always dreamin. You make several good points in
your post. I had considered the problem for Intel in regards to the MMX
announcement and honestly did not expect to hear anything before then.
As far as timing, you're right, just before earnings would be ideal. The
S.I. calendar shows Intel as reporting on the 14.

I doubt Barry fabricated the Intel rumor, and he had claimed to have
sources within both companies. We shall see.
