I have one more point that I didn't fully develop in my response to:

why I don't trade SEG. I think it's self evident...I'm still showing too much loss to dump it

That is that to me the best program is to forget the past and try your best to judge the future. The fact that you are in SEG at 38 and it is now 28 3/4 is unfortunately a done deal. The market doesn't remember it or care about it. The best thing anyone can do is dispassionately judge "where to from here".

In other words it would be sad to hold on to SEG like grim death trying to recoup your loss if you missed other opportunities or lost even more. If your judgment is that SEG is stalled here, but you see a fabulous opportunity somewhere else, go for it.

People remain too attached to their losses. If the best investment you see out there today is SEG, then hold. But don't hold because you're mad about what has happened to you.
