From facts thread:

Click on the third and the fourth. The third one brings you to Softbank Holding Company-Japan (note the revisement of October 27, 1998); whereas the fourth brings you to Simweb where it states as follows, if you click the Kramer jump and scroll to the bottom:

PT, this doesn't have anything to do with ZULU. We can expect that as they shed their old identity, the domain names will become available. They have been ZULU for most of this year, and have not been using the Softbank name during that time.

As JT pointed out, the link is not from ZULU, but from a third party site. Try searching some generic word (e.g., "Hacking") on Altavista, and see how many out-of-date links you come up with.

On another line, the non-existent state of their servers may not be available may not be technical stupidity at all if they do in fact still owe Frontier any sum of money. Frontier may not release their domain names to a new provider until payment is made.
