Dave, I start with the theory that Hadco's management is as smart, adept and capable as the managements in the rest of the industry ... they are. Then I looked around and saw all the great up-moves I mostly missed. Sanmina has done real well as has DIIG, an assembler but Multk comprises 40% and Multek is comparable to Hadco. There are others too. Everybody I know in the industry is busy. Hadco reports next. Also, Hadco has had a while now to digest their acquisitions especially Continental.

Those are my reasons. Agree?
