Sorry about your network outage. If the data feed and the Web pages were out, it appears that a bad "break" in the internet occurred between your area and NYC. We were running fine all day yesterday.

You did say you got some email back? So there was a connection between your ISP mail server and NYC it appears. Our email people probably assumed (correctly) that there wasn't much they could do and therefore their response was not too helpful.

A 4-6 hr outage is very rare. Also, some of our web pages are not in the same location as the data servers, so that is not a reliable way of determining the connection. If you run "tracert" (a dos pgm) it will tell you at what point your connection gets terminated.

I will check the SI thread later to see if you got connected today.
