NORTHVALE, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 11, 1998--ADM Tronics Unlimited Inc. (NASDAQ: ADMTC) has entered into an agreement with a NYSE listed company, giving that company exclusive rights for a period of four months to evaluate certain ADM Tronics' water-based chemical technologies designed primarily for the worldwide packaging market. At the request of the company, ADM Tronics has agreed not to disclose the identity of the company. The agreement provides that ADM Tronics will be paid a total of $120,000 over the four months as a non-refundable fee for the evaluation period. During the period, ADM Tronics has granted the exclusive right to evaluate the prospects for technological and commercial development of the technologies to the other company. At the conclusion of the four-month period the company will have the right to negotiate a long-term business relationship with ADM Tronics for the technologies covered by the agreement. The company has advised ADM Tronics that the potential market for products based on those technologies could be $700 Million annually. (')>
