scname, it looks like a race between bankruptcy and a revival of cash flow. They do have sales levels at about $25 MM yearly right now, but the fab capacity is probably three to four times that much. They also spend mightily on new product development, and if they do not see sales pick up, survival would dictate cutting down on R&D there. Their losses are about what they spend on R&D. Zeev
