Dear Bond: Based upon what I am seeing on Level II this stock has no supporters at the moment.

You need a level II to see that!! Management appears to me to be very conservative. Thus stock languishes. But, as anyone knows whose been in this stock for several quarters they seem to always beet street estimates and handily also. Latest analyst report indicates they believe growth may slow going into 1999 as the ANALYST feels Y2K work will slack off. Well, if that were the case then SYNT with under 20% in that field is a heck of a lot better off than IMRS who is still over 50%. Personally, I see no slowdown in Y2K throughout next year and meanwhile SYNT continues to develop, mostly in house, its non Y2K business plan whereas I believe IMRS is buying theirs. That leaves us the shareholders NO DILUTION in shares and so far A POT OF CASH. Presuming management has a plan and the plan is well executed (while there is no public mention there seems to be plenty of prima facia evidence such exists) sooner or later this stock has to explode. These dips should be used as opportunities to increase ones stake not for despair. $ cost in as each qtr. results are posted if it appears they are continuing their successful business is my suggestion for whatever its worth.
