Dividend is 200,000 shares to be divided on an equal basis to a total shares outstanding of about 9 million....I think that would be about 1 share of Anything for every 45 shares of BANY.....or 10 shares for 450 shares.....100 shares for 4,500 shares...etc....

Yost did not say anything about the opening price. I believe Sitra said that they hoped it would begin at about the $5.00 range. The market will decide what the stock is worth within minutes....I would think.

I'm not selling mine.
