There is the insider selling 524,000 shares. Canton Financial of UTAH. I believe they have been long time holders of the stock, since way back when TNRG was still called Com Central. biz.yahoo.com I am also pretty sure that the MM have been shorting naked on the days when the Volume has been heavy and then slowly covering on the days that the volume is low. That isn't really sinister, just normal. These MM don't really like to inventory the stocks.
