FYI - 2 more insider sales filed today. It looks like the reason for the recent rally is: 1 - buying in advance of Shaw announcement (US Web has always been an information sieve, and there hasn't been a significant announcement that was clearly played prior to the public announcement) 2 - short covering as a result of the run-up Given that it looks like the rally is running out of steam, 5 144's filed in last 3 days, and 20 million new shares will be printed for CKSG acquisition, this looks like a good short, or at very least not a timely buy. rick.
