Here's something I find interesting.

I've been doing some research, looking into companies which do things related to what WAVX does -- metering technology and hardware-based encryption (I found some good information on this subject here: infomkt.ibm.com, in case anybody's interested). I've been trying to identify WAVX's competitors, to see if there's anything we need to worry about on that front. I've found several companies -- Infosafe (ISFEA) and Dataware Technologies (DWTI) -- which do some similar things. I still don't know much about these companies (if anyone does, please post!) but I was pretty surprised when I checked their stock prices today, the same day that WAVX was moving:

DWTI: Up 24% (to 3 7/8)
ISFEA: Up 36% (to 4 1/4)

This on no news that I could find. At the same time, IREG, which does hardware based encryption, rose 9.5% on the announcement that they were working with ADI on an electronic commerce related application.

What does it all mean? I'm not sure, but something is going on. I'd love to hear anyone else's ideas.

PS: <<It's going to be one melodious and scenic ride
to the WAVX promised land.>> -- That's wild! I hope it's true!
