I addressed this to Tonto a few posts ago so perhaps you missed it:

You have been caught red-handed spreading serious misinformation about Sweet Factory. As you have also put in writing that your information comes directly from Mr. Vanderkellen, if true, you have provided information that may seriously affect the reputation of Mr Vanderkellen and subject him to legal ramifications. If you never did talk to Vanderkellen, or if someone else talked to him and passed the information on to you, now is the time to come forward and tell the truth.

If Mr. Vanderkellen is reading this, and you wish to make a statement regarding the alleged phone call from Spider (aka Pugs, aka Gary), and wish to clear up your relationship with AZNT and Sweet Factory, please e-mail me at jmitchel@nassau.cv.net and I'll be happy to post it.
