The presentation was very upbeat, and Pharmacia buys in at the 50% premium tomorrow. Given the trading range that was recently achieved and the terms applying to the equity purchase, that 50% premium translates to $20/share. They estimate that they'll have burn through 1998.

I echo Boyce's thought....... it's very early in the game, and I feel that the appreciation is out of proportion to the news. Nonetheless, it's a fun company, and I don't think that anyone is going to run out and short the sucker.

Sure wish that I'd have bought in. :-(
