CFO Mark Moldenhauer to be Interviewed on Internet

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 12, 1998--Auto Network USA (OTC BB:ANWK) announced today that the Company is continuing to expand operations, opening a location in Anchorage, Alaska.

The Anchorage operation is Auto Network's newest location, adding to the home office in Scottsdale, Ariz., their first expansion office Albuquerque, N.M., a Denver operation and two Canadian operations. Discussions continue with a number of other possible U. S. locations.

In addition, Mark Moldenhauer, Auto Network's CFO, was interviewed this week by the Wall Street Reporter for a program broadcast by Stock-Line, the stock traders' news network. The interview can be heard in its entirety via the Internet at Stock-Line's Web site, www.stock-line.com.

In the interview, Moldenhauer discusses the Company's progress, continued growth, and outlook for the future.

Moldenhauer stated, ''This interview is a great opportunity to share Auto Network's success with the investment community. We are very pleased with our continued expansion and are excited to be chosen for this interview and broadcast.''

Auto Network USA is the fastest growing, publicly-held wholesaler of used late model and luxury automobiles in the country. The Company is capitalizing on the billion-dollar wholesale market by focusing operations in strategic segments of the country.

Auto Network's strategy is to gain market share in key urban areas by acquiring and consolidating the independent automobile wholesaling companies. This strategy will provide the Company with access to a large and growing volume of high-quality late model and luxury automobiles. It will also allow Auto Network to take advantage of geographical disparities in the value of cars.
