Here's Dustan's answers to our questions. (e-mail to me around 4:30 this morning from KC) - Dustans answers in italic-type. First I'll add the response I got to another question I send Dustan. Question was: How do You and Delmar assess what is happening around FXWA I am in receipt of your fax from 11/11/98. I have received one E-mail and have not replied because of time restraints. Last Friday I left KC at 5:00 am and drove 4 ½ hours to Oklahoma City meet with 36 Choctaw home buyers (along with 2 loan officers and the home buyer counselor from the nation) until 6:00 pm, left OK City at 7:00 pm and drove back to KC returning at 11:30 pm. As you can see my normal work week is in excess of 70 hours+. As you can see by the time my day begins early. Hope this answers some of your questions concerning the corporate stability, information and future potential of NUOASIS/FLEXWIGHT. 1stnettech.com; I haven't checked it out yet - but will. FAX questions 1) Will 10Q be on time ? 10Q are projected to be out on time by the 23rd. Remember that they do not showup on Edgar for 3-5 business days. Actually I get e-mail alert from Freeedgar few minutes after the electronic filing. 2) Any idea what happened last friday on the stock market re. ARET? We have no idea what happened on Friday other than a newsletter noted us as a buy. 3) Any projects started - Any scheduled ? Construction is still being negotiated and will be announced when finalized. 4) Prop 5 in CA / Any similar vote allowing gambling sites within Nations - Any effect on ARET objectives ? Prop 5 from my minimal understanding and research only effects current tribes with casinos. The large casinos are usually go-getters although most of the casinos are small in size (I have been in several that are not any bigger than your garage with 20 gray slots) and will not see the impact for some time. These tribes are also a long way from KC at a time when cash flow is tight. What I expected - Though several have mentioned to me that more than CA had this vote - but no one have been able to tell me which other states. 5) PR strategy after ending LBI relations ? We will be researching the market for a new Investor Relations firm over the next 90 days but probably will not do anything until after the first of the year. Our focus is on producing revenues. Thank you :-) 6) When doing JV's on mortgages with the Nations. What turnover will FAMC/ARET get out of a 10MM$ programme and at which GP%. The national average is 2-3% gross income on a loan. We have not obtained a certified analysis on future projections so I am unable to give you a projected profit at this time but you can research other small firms that conduct only origination and no servicing to get a pretty good idea. We are closing loans each week and our pipeline continues to grows. We are still attempting to finalize the additional 10,000,000 dollar commitment that we announced in July which would bring us to a minimum total of $30,000,000 in commitments. Keep in mind we generate additional loans (other loan product VA/HUD/refinances)on these commitments as well (maybe 10-20% additional). :-) When I read my question before posting them to SI (after having send the fax), I did reflect on that question - I would not either give a clear answer to the question. - So it is back to the old assessments we made here on thread - and I would say that there is no reason to guess about how the split is done in a JV.
