" Why is SUL only trading at 2 3/4, when the deal is .55 shares ELTX for each share of SUL, and ELTX is trading at 6 7/8 ? SUL price should be 3 3/4.".................. ..Cause the deal is far from completion.....Sul should slowly rise as the deal finishes.....its an interesting arbitrage....imo..cmg
