It doesn't matter if it is a dozen or a thousand lawsuits brought against them. They will all be rolled up into one, all the lawyers will be grinning from ear to ear and investors will be left holding the bag. Trust me, every one of these cases always comes down to that. A roll-up, a huge lawyer payoff and about a penny on the dollar to investors. For me, I don't wish a dime but I don't mind seeing Zap's management try to wiggle out of this. If the court can't fine the officers that sold their stock high then all that will occur is the company's profits will be spent defending these skunks.
