The headline a tad misleading given the text? >>Brazilian bourses got $92 mln foreign cash in Oct SAO PAULO, Nov 12 (Reuters) - Brazilian bourses saw a net foreign capital inflow of $92.03 million in October against a net outflow of $1.735 billion in September, Brazil's Securities and Exchange Commission (CVM) said on Thursday. The amount represented cash received through CVM's Annex Four, which regulates foreign investment in Brazilian shares, debentures and privatization bonds. Most of the investment is in shares.<<
