BGIX owns the health channel... so the health channel is buying BGIX ???? what news has been on the health channel lately ??? the health channel is made up of links to existing sites that BGIX ( the health channel) doesn't own ...does the heath channel have any revenue ???? what ever happened to the virtual hospital ???? the health channel has been running for 4-5 months now so where is the $$$$$$$...... the revenue that BGIX does (or is it did) have is from their one retail store some type of back store in Monterey, CA BUT they closed the retail store last spring and another chain "the back shop"? has moved into monterey and the california market ?? so what is generating $$$$$ for BGIX now or the health channel?? why don't they state current reveue ?? the $700,000 they always mention is from 1997 (look at BGIX site financials) they do not mention any 1998 revenues?? alot more DD needs to be done on BGIX ....if they cannot support the $7.6 million assets and 1998 revenue the price will fall ...and the news will be short lived ..... also lets not forget that at some point here they are going to do a 2-1 forward split then followed by a 8-1 reverse split !!!! bottom line is BGIX feels the stock is under valued and is trying alot of different methods to get the price higher....
