Thanks Joe, I agree with everything you've stated and having looked closely at the moves in the last few days, the picture appears quite different. The move past $5 was on good volume, double the average day, and the retreat has been on very low volume. So there's a lot of accumulation going on on the long side. There's a lot of buy on the rumor folk out there who make good money on selling when a rumor doesn't come through. In the long term, I like the private placement especially if it sells out. Available marketing cash was always a question mark and to have it eliminated now makes for a more secure company. I agree that by next March, our concerns will be behind us and it will just be a matter of how much more can we make each quarter. I will, as you suggest "keep the faith"! Regards, Sylvester
